unity. peace. bliss.
connect with your true self through yoga

teaching philosophy
I will include pranayama, meditation and savasana in every class.
I will pray for myself and my students in every class.
I may ask the students to set and intention for the class and at times dedicate the fruits of their practice to someone, somthing or a higher purpose.

I will try to have some dharma talk in every class.

I will draw inspiration from many different religions, traditions and scriptural texts.
I am looking for safe, energetic alignment in every pose.

I will encourage students to honor their bodies and not push into a posture until they are ready to ease into it.

I will encourage the use of mantras and mudras in class.
I will often touch assist - all assists will be light.
